Conditions are becoming favourable for the further advance of the Southwest Monsoon into more parts of the North Arabian Sea, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab, and some parts of Rajasthan during the next 24 to 48 hours.

The offshore trough at mean sea level is extending from South Gujarat to Karnataka.
